Hixson United Methodist Church, 5391 Old Hixson Pike, will have a Maundy Thursday service on April 17 at 7 p.m., in the Christian Life Center. The service of quiet reflection and Holy Communion will be led by acoustic instruments and Bells Angels Handbells.
On Friday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary, the choir and orchestra will have a dramatic presentation.
On April 19 at noon in the chapel, there will be a Holy Saturday service of meditation and hymns.
Then, from 2-4 p.m., in the Hixson ballfield, there will be an Eggstravangza with over 10,000 eggs, four egg hunts, inflatables and crafts.
