Willie Moss
Willie “Peter Rabbit” Moss I, 67, died on April 12, 2014 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Fannie Moss; siblings, Deborah Moss, Ruby Woods-Moss and Eddie Moss.
Survivors include his children, Tracy Moss, Candice Moss, Willie Moss II; siblings, Judale (Wilbur) Hines, Frances Moss, Pearl (Theotis) Pearson, Hubert (Carmelia) Moss, Jr., Anthony (Linda) Moss, Reginald Moss; and sister-in-law, Betty Moss.
Services will be at noon on Thursday, April 17, at Thankful Baptist Church with Pastor Oscar Lockhart, Sr. officiating. Interment will be in National Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Wednesday, April 16, and the family will receive friends from 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
