Jed Mescon To Host Hour-Long Shows On Talk Radio 102.3 To Discuss Topic Of Mental Health

For 13 consecutive Friday evenings, Jed Mescon will host again this year an hour-long show that airs on Talk Radio 102.3 WGOW-FM, that will delve into the topic of mental health.

Beginning at 7 p.m., the award-winning show will consist of dialogue between mental health professionals and the community to explore the complexity and diversity of psychological diseases and to highlight treatments and support offered to those living with mental illness.

The focus on mental health will continue through the end of July, and the public is invited to participate in the discussion by calling the station’s direct studio line at 267-1023 or 888 779-8255. The show is sponsored in part by Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga.

The show was given an award by the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organizations.

Mr. Mescon said, "There are too many people hurting in our community. I hope you will tune in and get help."
