Greg Antonioli To Speak At Chattanooga Remodelers Council

Greg Antonioli, owner of Out of the Woods Construction, is speaking to the Greater Chattanooga Remodelers Council on Tuesday, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. He is from Acton, Ma. (40 miles from Boston)

Founded in 1992, OOTW is a Design/Build remodeling firm.   

He will speak on Open Book Management that he has been practicing since 2004. In his speech, he will share how he got over the fear and how Open Book Management has changed the culture of his business, created a cohesive team, and why he could never conceive of running his business any other way.

Mr. Antonioli is a speaker/blogger/write for Remodeling magazine, the Remodeling Show, and a Sandler Sales trainee.
