Virginia Griffith
Virginia Griffith, 84, of Graysville, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.
Virginia was born in Chattanooga to the late Luther and Louise Hixson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Webber N. Griffith; siblings, Alene Vandergriff, Ada Guinn and John Hixson.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Marsha McConathy; son, Wayne Griffith; grandchildren, Ginny Brown, Alma Goodman and Brent Griffith; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, at the North Chapel.
A celebration of life service for Virginia will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
