Samuel Bradley Cromer, 19, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.

He was born in Chattanooga and graduated from Norte Dame High School, class of 2013.  Samuel played football, lacrosse and wrestled while at Norte Dame, was a freshman at UTC and was on its lacrosse team as well.  He was a member of OLPH Catholic Church, and an avid Alabama fan.  Samuel was a man of few words but had a unique way of blending in with people.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Rodger “Pappy” Frank and paternal grandparents, Charles “Poppy” Cromer and Norma “Nomie” Cromer. 

Survivors include his parents, Brad and Beth Cromer; sister, Emma Cromer; his beloved son, Dale; maternal grandmother, Janet “Deedee” Frank; his second mom, Robyn; several aunts, uncles and cousins; the Dunn-Hick’s families and all his numerous friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 4, at OLPH Catholic Church with Reverend Jim Vick officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to the OLPH Football Program, 501 South Moore Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37412. 

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 4, at OLPH Catholic Church, 501 South Moore Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37412.

 

Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
