Carolyn Faye Johnson, 74, of Dunlap, TN, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, September 23, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny (Pud) Johnson; parents, Albert and Carrie Rhea; and brothers, Robert and Junior Rhea.
She is survived by her childern, Lewis (Debra) Brown, Carol (Paul) Bell, Tim Brown and Roger (Tiffany) Johnson; grandchildren, Bailey Johnson, Chris, Brian, and Patrick Turner, Josh Bell, Wesley Brown, Crystal Harris, Matthew Brown, Haylee Johnson, Peyton Blake and Issac Rothwell; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret Summers; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, September 27 at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with burial in Iron Hill Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN, where visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25 from 6-9 p.m. CDT, Friday, September 26 from 12-3 p.m. CDT, and Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to service time CDT.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help the family with expenses.
