Ronald "Jeff" Railey, 43, of LaFayette, Georgia, died on Saturday, September 27, 2014.
He was born Jan. 9, 1971 in Fort Oglethorpe. He was of the Christian faith, enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, hiking, camping and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Bobbie Sue Railey of LaFayette; grandmother, Myrtle Jean Railey of LaFayette, daughter, Hope Carrington of LaFayette; son, Tyler Jeffrey Railey and his wife, Cassie of Fort Oglethorpe; sister and bBrother-in-law, Shelly and Vince Fuller of LaFayette, brother and sister-in-law, Phillip and Katelyn Railey of LaFayette, four grandchildren, Haley, Ashton, Zay and Tay, three nieces, Krista Hill, Keisha Logan and Evie Railey, two nephews, Odin Raileyand Colt Logan, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, Sept. 29, from 4–8 p.m. and prior to the funeral service at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in LaFayette Cemetery.
