Overby, Terri Lynn (Harrison)

Terri Lynn Overby, 53, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday morning, October 8, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.

Lynn was born in Chattanooga on April 29, 1962. She was of the Baptist faith and a  member of Bayside Baptist Church. Lynn was a recent employee of Belk department store. She will be most remember for being a loving and caring wife and companion to her husband Chuck. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Anne Holcomb Watkins. 

Lynn is survived by her husband of 31 years, Charles R. "Chuck" Overby; father, Maurice Edwin Watkins; three sisters, Susan Kendall, Janet McInturff of Signal Mt. and Andrea Harris (Anthony) of Cleveland, TN; her beloved fur baby "Evie"; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members. 

A celebration of her life is planned for Monday, Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. at the Bayside Baptist Church located at 6100 Highway 58 in Harrison, TN 37341. Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Gardens East. 

The family will receive friends at the church on Monday, Oct. 12 from 1-3 p.m. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to either Bayside Baptist Church or the Billy Graham Evangelist Association in Lynn's memory.
