Annette Halfacre
Annette Halfacre, 57, died on November 14, 2015.
She was born Oct. 12, 1958, in Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carrie Halfacre; father, Henry Moore; brothers, Judge Means, Delano and Henry Halfacre; sisters, Margie Halmon, O’Dell Teague, Florence Murray, Juanita Chin.
She is survived by her children, Timothy (Jessica) Mauldin, Sr.; Eurika Garth; six grandsons, Timothy, Henry, Timothy, Joaquin, Omariyah, Tristan; siblings, Jack, Willie (Cynthia), Rickey (Rhonda) and Hattie Milliener; nieces, nephews, other family members, friends and her fiancée, Samuel Parks.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, in the chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. the day of service.
