Johnny Edward Drew, Sr., 80, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015.
He was employed at Weiland Foundry for 15 plus years before working for Astec Industries, where he eventually retired from in the late 90s. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandbabies.
Mr. Drew was preceded in death by his wife Betty Sims; children, Victoria Lynn Drew and Richard Dale Drew; parents, Zeke and Dollie Brown Drew; brothers and sisters, Morgan Drew, Joyce Ellen Thomas-Pickett and Delaney Drew.
Survivors include his children, Kelly Drew and fiancé Michael Huckabee and Johnny Edward Drew, Jr. both of Trenton, GA; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Drew Bailey, Robin Hope Drew, Kodi Kendal Huckabee and Tyler Paige Huckabee; sister, Lois Williams; brother, Jacky Drew; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 15 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, GA.
