Effective Wednesday, May 20, Dallas Island will be open to the public and these campsites will again be available for rental.

In anticipation of Memorial Day camping activity, the Smokemont Campsites will be open for the long holiday weekend to accommodate as many campers as possible.

Starting Tuesday, May 26, the Smokemont Campsites will be temporarily closed to the public as we begin Phase 3 of the Chester Frost Site.

The closure of the 81 campsites is expected to last several months.
