A developer is planning 96 townhomes on a 20.5-acre site on Webb Road in the Highway 58 area.
Bernard H. Brown III is the property owner.
The application for a zoning change is by Mike Price of MAP Engineers.
The townhomes would be one and two stories.
There would be 4.5 acres of community space.
The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommended denial, saying it does not fit with the land use plan.
The case comes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
