Bertha “Bert” Irene Minor, 76, of Rising Fawn, Georgia, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015.
She worked at Shop Rite, Cavalier Corporation, and Food Lion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lorena Dickerson Kennimer; and brothers, Paul Kennimer and Teddy Kennimer.
Survivors include her loving husband, William Frank Minor of Rising Fawn, GA; sons, Randall (Deborah) Minor of Lookout Mtn., and Russell Minor of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren, Jonathan Minor, Grace (Clayton) Smith both of Lookout Mtn., Joshua Minor of Murfreesboro, TN and Maranda Minor of Lakeland, FL; sister, Nancy Freeman of Trenton, GA; brother, John R. Freeman of Sand Mtn.; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 3, 2015 at New Salem United Methodist Church with Rev. Jodi Ihfe officiating.
Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until service time at the church.
