Donna Mathis, 62, formerly of Harrison, Tennessee, died on Friday, August 28, 2015 in a local health care facility.
Services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from noon until the service hour.
