Loyd Prater
Loyd Prater, 82, of Pikeville, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
He was a member of Frostbite House of Prayer.
Loyd is preceded in death by his mother, Pearl Lee Prater; father, Doc Prater; son, Gary Prater, and brothers, Carlos and Lester Prater.
Survivors include his children, Stanley Prater, of Pikeville, Clayburn (Denise) Prater, Pikeville, Rhonda (Daniel) Baggett, Whitwell, Jessie Prater, Pikeville; seven grandchildren,six great-grandchildren; brother, Randall (Mary Lou) Prater, Spencer; sister, Lucille Johnson, Pikeville.
Services will be Sunday, August 9, at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Paul Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Hitchcock Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CDT.
