Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for Sept. 4-10:

Jerry Andrew Perea, 62, of 1209 Boynton Drive, Ringgold was arrested September 4 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended/revoked, suspended registration, no insurance and expired registration.

Jared Scott Poulson, 22, of 142 Round Tree Drive, Rossville was arrested September 5 on charges of expired registration and no insurance.

Michael Fred Brooks, 32, of 11 Arbor Mill Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 5 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and possession of marijuana.

Jermichael Jarell Dempsy, 23, of 206 Hewitt Drive, Dalton was arrested September 5 for driving while license suspended/revoked.

Phillip Bernard Gladney, 19, of 3606 Mary Cv, Memphis was arrested September 5 for possession of marijuana.

Brandi Leigh Harbin, 30, of 411 School Street, Rossville was arrested September 6 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, no insurance and operating vehicle without valid registration.

Charity Star Bass, 38, of 725 Pan Grap Road, Chattanooga was arrested September 6 on a probation violation.

Lisa Webb Smith, 54, of 3080 Highway 95, Rock Spring was arrested September 7 for theft by shoplifting.
Kevin Randall Jones, 35, of 307 Warren Street, Rossville was arrested September 7 on charges of driving while license suspended, expired registration and speeding.

David Eugene Vaughn, 19, of 186 Jackson Street, Trenton was arrested September 8 on charges of driving while license suspended, driving with suspended registration and no insurance.

Scottie Zane Smith, 28, of 202 Gracie Avenue, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 8 for driving while license suspended.

Regina Magnolia Rice, 47, of 541 West Garden Farm Road, Rossville was arrested September 9 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and failure to maintain lane.

Jonathan Victor Felosi, 36, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road #138, Ringgold was arrested September 9 on a charge of V.G.C.S.A.

possession of methamphetamine.

Adam Ray Frady, 40, of 17 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested September 10 on charges of possession of marijuana, simple assault and simple battery.

Stephanie Ann Wilkes, 44, of 730 West James Avenue Apartment #116, Rossville was arrested September 10 on charges of buying/possession of Schedule III, IV,
V, criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.

David Lee Wallace, 45, of 2928 Marbletop Road, Chickamauga was arrested September 10 for violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act.
