Ziff Properties, Inc. on Monday announced the acquisition of the 35,872-square-foot Mountainview Shopping Center, which is anchored by a Food City Grocery Store. The property, which will be substantially redeveloped, was purchased from a private owner from New York who was represented by Susan Bands of Marcus & Millichap. Ziff Properties was self-represented by Christian Chamblee.
Mr. Chamblee, chief operating officer and director of acquisitions, said, “Mountainview Shopping Center is an important grocery destination for the families of the southernmost portions of the Chattanooga MSA.”
