Donna Jean Bartenfield Hill, 58, of Cohutta, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Kelly Bartenfield; mother, Lois Bartenfield, brother-in-law, David Hill; and father-in-law, Luke Hill.
She was a member of Cohutta Presbyterian Church. She loved reading, sewing, crafting, collecting Peanuts memorabilia and nativity scenes.
She is survived by her husband, Lake Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Brooke Hill of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law Kelly and Tyra Bartenfield of Lafayette; mother-in-law, Evelyn Hill of Cohutta; nieces and nephews; and brothers and sisters-in-law.
The funeral service to honor the life of Donna Jean Hill will be held Saturday, Dec. 3 at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Haynes and Rev. Susan Reggin officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12-3 p.m.
