Fort Oglethorpe Pet Wellness Center Has Grand Opening

  • Friday, December 2, 2016

The Fort Oglethorpe Pet Wellness Center will open on Dec. 13 as the third partnership clinic for the Chattanooga Veterinary Network.

"The Fort Oglethorpe Pet Wellness Center and the Chattanooga Veterinary Network was designed to foster a deeper connection between pet owners and the veterinarians that they entrust to care for their furry family members," officials said. "The Fort Oglethorpe Pet Wellness Center will be under the direction of Dr. Joe Martin, a veteran of the Chattanooga Veterinary community for over 15 years.

Dr. Martin is passionate about providing top quality care and establishing a relationship with the North Georgia community."

Chattanooga Veterinary Network Owner Tag Thompson said, “I am excited to have Dr. Martin on board in our network of wellness centers. To have such an experienced, good-hearted person as the owner of this practice is an incredible addition to the Fort Oglethorpe community. His expertise, combined with the ability to share resources with other network providers, will allow him to combine quality care with affordable pricing for patients.”

“CVN gives me the opportunity to offer the highest quality of care that has, in the past, not been as readily available” said Dr. Martin. “Allowing myself some time to reinvest in my professional learning has allowed me to become Fear Free certified and increase my dental knowledge. I am excited to incorporate those two emerging fields into my new clinic in Fort Oglethorpe.”
