Person Shot On East 36th Street Early Tuesday Morning

Chattanooga Police responded at 2:17 a.m. on Tuesday, to a person shot at the 1300 block of East 36th Street.

 

The victim was shot by the suspect one time, and has non-life threatening injuries. The victim arrived at a local hospital in a personally-owned vehicle. The victim struggled with the suspect during the robbery and was shot by the suspect.

 

Members of the Violent Crimes Bureau are investigating.
