CBL & Associates Announces DICK'S And Ulta To Join College Square Mall

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. on Friday announced that DICK’S Sporting Goods and Ulta Beauty are coming to College Square Mall in Morristown, Tenn. The two new stores will be situated in the former JCPenney location. 

“We are excited to bring DICK'S Sporting Goods and Ulta Beauty to College Square Mall,” said Stephen Lebovitz, president and chief executive officer, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. “These new stores coupled with the recent addition of TJ Maxx and Longhorn Steakhouse in the former Sears building demonstrate our ongoing commitment to reinvest in the growth of College Square Mall and to provide shoppers with a broad range of shopping options.

“CBL has successfully redeveloped numerous former anchor locations across its portfolio in recent years bringing in dynamic shops and restaurants such as H&M, American Girl, Cheesecake Factory, Altar'd State, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty and Ross Dress for Less. Redeveloping anchor locations continues to be a priority for CBL allowing us to both create value in our centers and to satisfy the strong retail demand for CBL properties,” Mr. Lebovitz added. 

Construction on both stores is set to begin in early May with anticipated grand openings prior to holiday 2016. More detailed information regarding grand opening dates will be announced in the coming months.
