Signal Mountain Self Storage Announces Expansion

  • Friday, June 24, 2016

Signal Mountain Self Storage has been under new operators since last September.

Officials said, "Since that time, the community has seen nothing but positive improvements to the once forgotten storage facility. Improvements such as roof repairs, improved water control, landscaping, and upgraded security have made the property and community stronger."

The facility announced that it will be undergoing an expansion to further the improvements and best care for the growing tenant numbers.

This 19,580-square foot expansion has plans to grow the property 200 units. This will bring the total unit count up to 600 units from the existing 359. The greatest addition this expansion will bring to the facility is an additional security fence surrounding the property to increase the existing security and further bring the tenants of Signal Mountain Self Storage peace of mind. This new amenity is complimented by the existing amenities offered by this property: climate controlled units, rental truck scheduling, month-to-month leasing, online bill management, knowledgeable staffing, and secured units.

Signal Mountain Self Storage caters to the nearby communities of Mountain Creek, Signal Mountain, Red Bank, Dallas Crest, Carriage Hill, and Applewood. These communities should look forward to this expansion in late 2016.

More information on the expansion can be found by calling the property managers at 423 870-7867.
