Clarice Wright Burdette died on Friday, August 19, 2016, in Lakeland, Florida.
Clarice was born on June 19, 1919 in Rising Fawn, and lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Harvey C Burdette.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Pat Wright; stepson, Johnny (Mary) Burdette; granddaughter, Tracy Carrano; great-grandchildren, Sunny Swallows, Nicholas Carrano, Samantha Carrano and Gianna Carrano; great-great-grandson, Ethan Swallows; and several nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 1 p.m. at Lakewood Memory Gardens, East with Reverend Ambrose Havey officiating. Interment will follow.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
