Mary Thornhill
Mary Elizabeth Thornhill, 86, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in a local hospital.
Mary was employed with Kleen-A-Matic for over 30 years. She was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Thornhill and Mary Thornton; sister, Lina Thornhill.
She is survived by her devoted cousin, Daniel Paul Thornhill; god-daughter, Valerie J. Thomas; god-niece, Sandra Kirby and family; several cousins, devoted friends, Annell Thornhill and Mary Ann Ross.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, Aug. 26, at Mt. Paran Baptist Church on Moss Street. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
The body will lie in state after noon on Thursday, Aug. 25, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
