Megabus will be at their permanent stop in Chattanooga starting Wednesday. The new location is 2020 E. 23rd St., near Fourth Ave and I-24 and the first bus will be off to Chicago at 8:20 a.m.

Immediately megabus.com will be offering routes to Atlanta, Nashville, Louisville, Indianapolis and Chicago with additional routes to Knoxville, Christiansburg and Washington D.C. beginning on Sept. 7. As always, tickets are available for as low as $1 (plus a reservation fee).

Megabus.com officials said they want to thank Mercy Junction Justice, Peace Center at St. Andrews, Highland Park Neighborhood Association, Highland Park Commons, the Maclellan Foundation and Redemption Point Church (Highland Park campus) as their support was instrumental in keeping megabus in Chattanooga until they could find a permanent stop.
