Lessie "Sammie" Hankins, 81, of Pikeville, Tennessee, passed away Monday, September 19, 2016.
She worked as a nurse technician at Vanderbilt Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ethel Meredith.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis Hankins of Pikeville; and sisters, Claytie Dillworth of Spring Hill, TN and Faye Meridith of Gallatin, TN.
Services were Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 3 p.m. C.D.T. in the funeral home chapel.
