Retired From Shaw Industries After 30 Years

Carey Miller Clark, 69, of Ringgold, Georgia, died on Monday, September 26, 2016.

A lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, Carey was a 1965 graduate of Ringgold High School, and a 1970 graduate of the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Fl. He was a retired employee of Shaw Industries where he worked for over 30 years and was a member of the Ringgold First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, E. Miller and Jamie Thomason Clark.

He is survived by his sister, Carol Clark of Ringgold and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Anderson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 2-2:50 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC. 20090-6011.

Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel Ringgold.
