Jeremi Derek Cagle, 34, Identified As Victim In Signal Mountain Fall On Wednesday

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim involved in Wednesday’s high fall that occurred at 6202 Forest Park Drive on Signal Mountain.
 
The fall victim has been identified as Jeremi Derek Cagle, 34. Mr. Cagle was from Chickamauga.
 
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the incident and has provided investigative findings to the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office.
 
The incident is under investigation by TOSHA (Tennessee OSHA) and the body has been transported to the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office for the determination of cause of death.
