Eulene Hill Keef, 82, of Whiteside, Tennessee, died on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at her home.

 

The daughter of the late Jasper E. and Gladys Harrison Hill, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Earl Keef; brother, Charles Hill; infant daughter, Rebecca Keef; and son, Danny Keef.

 

Eulene worked as the secretary at Whiteside Elementary School until it closed and then worked for many years as secretary at South Pittsburg Elementary School. She was a dedicated member of Kimball Church of Christ and loved cooking, taking care of children and her family, and watching her Warriors play.

 

She is survived by her son, Chuck (Melissa) Keef; grandchildren, Josh (Karen), Corey (Jaime), Chelsie and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Logan, Bailey, Dylan, Serenity, and Aliah; brothers, Ben (Judy) Hill and Burrell (Shirley) Hill; sister, Barbara Castleberry; sisters-in-law, Joyce (Ramsey) McNabb, Clara “Pug” Prince, and Jackie Hill; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at the Kimball Church of Christ at 2 p.m. Central time on Tuesday, Oct. 3, with Billy Watkins officiating. Interment will follow at Hooker Cemetery in Hooker, Ga.

 

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, Oct. 2, from 2–8 p.m. Central Time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn., and on Tuesday, Oct. 3, at Kimball Church of Christ from 12 p.m. until service time.

 

The family requests that memorial donations be made to Kimball Church of Christ, 830 Main Street, Kimball, Tn. 37347.
