Subdivision With 153 New Homes Planned At Dayton Boulevard Near Gadd Road

A subdivision with 153 new homes is being planned at Dayton Boulevard near Gadd Road.

Romeo Bravo Properties owns the 48.8-acre site.

The applicant is ASA Engineering (Allen Jones).

The main entrance would be off Dayton Boulevard with a secondary entrance off Allen Road.

The plan includes 1- and 2-story residential dwellings fronting on an internal road network with clubhouse and open space.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
