Kelli Michele Patterson, 48, of LaFayette, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
She was a member of Rock Bridge Community Church in Dalton. Kelli dedicated 28 years of her life working with the developmentally challenged. She loved animals, was a Georgia Bulldog fan, loved going to the beach and watching the sunsets, and she never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Robert “Bobby” Patterson Sr.; brother, Robbie Patterson; and grandmothers, Hazel Millican and Flora Mae Patterson Mitchell.
She is survived by her daughter, Lindsey (Matt) Swinson of LaFayette; mother, Dianne Patterson of LaFayette; sisters, Melanie (Mike) Lillard of LaFayette, Stacey (Eric) Wooten of Flintstone, and Becky Patterson of Rossville; special great nephew, Landon Dewey; niece, April Patterson; nephew, Cole Lillard; and several cousins and close friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Matt Evans officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Larry Forkner, Cole Lillard, Mark Lemons, Ben Byrd, Steve Snyder, and Rick Smith.
Visitation will be from 6–8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
