Betty Durham
Betty File Durham, 87, of Hixson, Tennessee, passed away on December 15, 2017.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Betty was an avid quilter, seamstress and dog lover. She was a member of Hixson United Methodist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John R. and Birdie File; husband, Willard E. Durham and aunt, Louise Ashby.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Janet) Durham, Deborah (Richard) Harvey and Sandra (Stephen) Moore; grandchildren, Angela Seibers, Christopher Harvey, Blake Moore, Brett Moore, Richard Lance Durham and Ashlyn Moore and great-grandchild, Gavin Seibers.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, Dec. 17, from 12-2 p.m. with a funeral service following immediately after at 2 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are held by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
