Mary Gilliland
Mary Ellen Barrett Gilliland, 76, of Chickamauga, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at her home.
A lifelong resident of Chickamauga, Mrs. Gilliland retired from Life Touch after 30 years of service. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Gilliland; parents, John and Irene Barrett, sister, Johnnie Sue Allison, and brother, Robert Barrett.
She is survived by her daughter, Karin (David) Tittle, Ooltewah; son, Mark (Utasha) Gilliland, Chickamauga; grandchildren, Eric Conrad, Julie Britton, Joshua Gilliland, Jody Gilliland, Kenny Gilliland and Cheyonna Gilliland; great-grandchildren, Colby and Emma Britton, Matthew and Kaimen Gilliland, Joshua Porter.
Services will be held on Friday, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Evelyn Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Singleterry Cemetery.
