Frances Tabor
Martha Frances Hutton Tabor, 88, a 48-year resident of Rossville, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in Newnan, Georgia.
Mrs. Tabor was an avid gardener and cherished her family beyond measure. She was a proud American and enjoyed sewing, crafts, bingo and was the family’s genealogist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Faye Hutton, husband, Earl J. Tabor, sons, Thomas E. Tabor and Earl D. Tabor, daughter, Earline Schneider, and brothers, Robert Cupp and Wilbur Hutton, Jr.
Survivors include her children, James (Edna) Tabor, Janice (Jerry) Young, Richard Tabor, Steve (Karen) Tabor, Tony Tabor, Judy (Ricky) Dillard, and Fran (Pamela Collins) Tabor; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A special thank you is extended to caretakers at Comfort Keepers of Ringgold and to the nurses and staff at Newnan Health and Rehabilitation for the love and care given to our mother.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 11, at 1:30 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Mark Smith officiating. Mrs. Tabor will be laid to rest in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 10, from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
