Chattanooga's Comix Co-Op is having a meet up at Infinity Flux focused on ZINES. "This week’s co-op meeting will be dedicated to those little books that help us express our weird thoughts; arouse firestorms; and allow us to be creatively uninhibited," officials said.

Thursday, 4 p.m.
Sew What at the Library: "If you have some time in the afternoon, come hang out in the library's sewing lab and learn to use the sewing machines to help us make paper garland for the festival readers lounge," organizers said.

Thursday, May 11 6 p.m.
Drink n Draw with Aggie Toppins: the founder of the festival and zine library speaks about what influences her own experimental publishing projects for The Unofficial Press.

Friday, May 12 11:30 a.m.
Picnic In The Passageways:  "We'll be downtown hanging out at this cool art installation with a bunch of other fun peeps to remind everyone about Zinefest.

Come grab lunch and take your selfie in our hand sewn paper garland selfie booth," organizers said.

"If you're out and about at any of our community events or see a fest poster at your favorite place, be sure to post it to your social media and tag us with #Chattzinefest. We want to see what you see."
