Judy Kay Peer, 69, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017.
She was born Sept. 1, 1947, to the late Kenneth and Dalhia Proctor. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Smallwood; and brother, Pete Proctor.
Surviving are her husband, Ron Peer; daughters, Belinda (Ron) Bernard, Tessakay Marthaler; a son, Matthew Tiller (Faith); step-daughter, Amy Lynn Hull (Rick); 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack Proctor and Tim Proctor; sisters, Billie Jo Rich and Drema Clark; uncle, Nickey Proctor, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Abiding Presence Church, 6326 Middle Valley Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37343.
