Linda “Lynn” Gail Mitchell Sims, 68, was called home on Saturday, February 10, 2018, while in a local hospital, surrounded by her loving children and family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Mitchell, Sr.; mother, Nannie L. Mitchell; sister, Angela; brothers, Robert Mitchell, Sr., Ronald and Gary. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Tewanna Conner (Ross), Darnetta (David) Norman; son, Wendell L. Mitchell; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson; brothers, sisters, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 5 p.m. in the chapel.
