Dejuane L. Moore, 45, Killed In Head-On Collision On Shallowford Road

Dejuane L. Moore, 45, was killed early Sunday morning in a head-on collision on Shallowford Road.
 
The Chattanooga Police Department responded at 1:27 a.m. to a traffic crash at 6200 Shallowford Road.
 
Mr.
Moore was driving a Nissan Rouge traveling east on Shallowford Road and appeared to cross the double yellow line within a curve. Michael Mayes, 55, was driving a Chevy Avalanche, traveling west on Shallowford Road within the same curve.
 
Mr. Moore succumbed to his injuries on the scene. Mr. Mayes and his passenger were transported to a local hospital where they are listed in stable condition.
 
Members of the Chattanooga Police Traffic Division are actively investigating the crash. Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423 698-2525
