A man has been charged with sexual battery and two gun counts after an employee of Chattanooga Billiards on Jordan Drive said he pulled out a gun and then touched her on her rear.

Dameyne Trammell Dixon, 31, of 1110 Crutchfield St., was arrested after the incident.

Witnesses said there was a conversation about guns and Dixon pulled out a black Taurus revolver and began displaying it. Those in the establishment said Dixon appeared to be intoxicated.

An employee said she was upset when Dixon touched her. She said she put him in a headlock, twisted his arms between his back, and told him, "Do not touch my butt."

She said that upset him and he began yelling.

She said she was concerned that he might  turn the gun on her, but she said he did not threaten anyone with the weapon.
