Lucy Keller
Lucy Jeanette Strickland Keller, 83, of Cleveland, passed away on April 19, 2018, in a local hospital.
She was born in Athens, TN, and retired from Maytag after many years of service.
Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Strickland and Berthie Dixson Strickland; and four sisters, Ally Hensley, Thelma Poston, Gladys Wilson, and Ettalee Hamilton.
Lucy is survived by her sons, Donny Thomas (Pam) of Chattanooga, Billy Thomas (Tina) of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Kimberly Harvey (Jimmy) of Chattanooga, Ryan Thomas (Molly) of Chattanooga, Christina Gladson (Heath) of Cleveland, Ashley Thomas (Marc Rayfield) of Cleveland; seven great-grandchildren, Will, Stella, and Sam Thomas of Chattanooga; Ryder and Mason Harvey of Chattanooga, Kasey Rayfield and Celeb Gladson, both of Cleveland.
Visitation will be at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home on Saturday, April 21, from 4-6 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. in the chapel on Sunday, April 22. Graveside service will immediately follow at Hilcrest Memorial Garden with Reverend Waymon Cooper officiating. Bagpipes and a dove release will conclude the service.
