Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watsonwith Lt. Governor Randy McNally.
Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson has received an endorsement from Tennessee’s Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally.
“As a state representative, Eric stood against the criminal element in our society, he assembled a Record on Public Safety and Crime that is second to none”, said Lt. Governor McNally. “Eric took a lead role in the fight against meth in our state and also sponsored legislation in our schools to make sure our children are safe. I look forward to his continued good work as sheriff for the people of Bradley County.”
Randy McNally is the 50th and current Lieutenant Governor of Tennessee who was elected to his position in January of 2017 by members of the Tennessee State Senate. Additionally, McNally is the Speaker of the State Senate who also represents the 5th Senate District, which includes Anderson County, Loudon County, Monroe County and part of Knox County.
Sheriff Watson expressed his appreciation regarding the endorsement stating, “I am humbly honored to receive this important endorsement. I have known Lt. Governor McNally for many years and admire what he has been able to get done for the people across the state of Tennessee.”
