Hamilton County WWTA Honors Commissioner Billy Cooper On 90th Birthday

The Hamilton County WWTA honored longtime volunteer board member Billy Cooper with a surprise party on his 90th birthday.  Mr. Cooper has represented Ridgeside on the WWTA Board of Commissioners since 1999.

Hamilton County Executive Director Mark Harrison said, “Billy Cooper has offered his time and expertise to the WWTA for the last 19 years.  He’s been an active part of the decision-making process for this organization throughout his tenure on the board.  He is engaged and engaging on behalf of the area he represents and always strives to make decisions that will positively impact the entire County.
It was our honor to celebrate his milestone birthday.”  

The Hamilton County WWTA serves the following areas within the County:  East Ridge, Lakesite, Lookout Mountain, Red Bank, Ridgeside, Signal Mountain and Soddy Daisy.
