Medal Of Honor Museum To Have Fundraising Pavers Outside New Center By Aquarium

  • Wednesday, December 4, 2019

The new Charles H. Coolidge Medal of Honor Heritage Center will have space on the sidewalk near the new facility for brick pavers that will be sold for fundraising purposes.

Officials said the current sidewalk will be taken up and space made available for the pavers that can be used to pay tribute to individuals by those who purchase them.

The center is in space formerly used by the Convention Bureau.

It had been set as the site of a local history museum planned by Daryl Black, but that project fell through.
