SCWN Announces Praise Breakfast 2019 To Be Held April 16

The Scenic City Women's Network announces their Praise Breakfast 2019, featuring keynote speaker Cissie Graham Lynch and praise music by the world renowned Voices of Lee, will be held on Tuesday, April 16 at the Chattanooga Convention Center from 7-9 a.m.  Doors will open at 6:30 a.m. The event will be celebrating 25 years of "encouraging, equipping and energizing."

Kay Arthur, co-founder of Precept Ministries International, will receive the Lydia Award. "Kay will be presented this award for her extraordinary work living her faith in the marketplace.  Kay’s gift of ministry reaches around the globe," officials said.

About the speaker:

Cissie Graham Lynch , daughter of Franklin Graham and granddaughter of Reverend Billy Graham continues the legacy of grace. Cissie is active in the ministry of Samaritan’s Purse founded by her father, Franklin.  Also, she is very busy with the ministry of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.  Mrs. Lynch is an advocate for women, children and those who are hurting.  She is married to Corey Lynch, who played for Appalachian State, upsetting No.5 ranked Michigan Wolverines in 2007.  The Cincinnati Bengals drafted Lynch in the sixth round (177th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft.

About the performers:

Voices of Lee, directed by Danny Murray from Cleveland, Tennessee and Lee University. This co-ed group is characterized by their unique variety of vocal harmonies, high-energy patriotic numbers, fun-filled audience participation, and heart-felt gospel favorites. The group debuted in September 1994 and has appeared on Good Morning America, Bill Gaither's Family Fest, and Praise Gathering.  They have just returned from Broadway and have also performed at Carnegie Hall, and The White House. They placed first in the TV show, The Sing-Off.  Their voices have truly been heard around the globe, traveling from Ontario to Israel.
