Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty Center announced the winners of its 2018 sales awards. These top realtors and realtor teams earned the highest marks both for Realty Center and for the global network of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Earning Top Producing Team Honors in the firm, The Hamilton Group consisting of Bonnie, Woody and Barry Hamilton based at Realty Center’s Signal Mountain Campus, achieved Chairman’s Circle Platinum status which represents the top 1% of all Realtors and Teams in the global network. Also turning in a Platinum performance in 2018, is a team working for only 14 months together: Choice Homes led by Realtor Drew Carey.
Joining these two top teams are four other realtor teams earning status as Chairman’s Circle Gold: Team Blazek, The Colvin Team, Team Clayton Taylor and the 7 Bridges Group. These teams are in the 2% of BHHS Realtors nationwide.
Barry Hamilton, Team Leader for 2018 Top Producing Team said, “My brother Woody and I were learning Real Estate sales lessons before we had high school diplomas by watching our mom, Bonnie, navigate negotiations and family relocations to Chattanooga for many years, We returned to town as adults and realized what an all-encompassing and rewarding career she had created. Realty Center’s top producing individual Realtor and fellow Chairman’s Circle Gold member, Lore Conway of the Hixson Campus, had a career defining year helping on average a family each week of the year meet their property ownership goals. Janine Garland, representing the Downtown Campus, was the #2 top Realtor for 2018. From the East Brainerd Campus, Angela Carson rounded out the top 3 individual Realtors.

The firm’s Rising Star for 2018 is Ian Pfeiffer of the East Brainerd campus.
The annual celebration was jointly a 10th Anniversary of Realty Center Title and Escrow, a full service firm providing Title Insurance and Closing services for the entire region and to celebrate the 1000’s of homes sold in 2018. All five campuses of realtors and their guests braved a downpour to enjoy the evening of awards and a casino themed party lasting well into the night.
