Pointe Commercial Real Estate Announces 5 New Leases Signed At Pointe Properties

Russell Elliott, SIOR, CCIM and managing broker of Pointe Commercial Real Estate, announces new tenants at their Chattanooga properties. 

Altera Home Loans, Black & Veatch and Prime Lending signed new leases with Pointe Commercial Real Estate within The Pointe Centre.

Tennessee Oncology has also signed a lease at Pointe Centre creating an additional location to their new office at 1032 McCallie Blvd., which Pointe Commercial Real Estate also brokered.

Additionally, Edward Jones signed a lease with Pointe Property Group’s development Concorde Creek, on Gunbarrel Road.

Mr. Elliott said, "We are excited to welcome these new tenants to our properties creating diversity to our portfolio.”
