Jeremy Callahan has been named the new team leader for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers in downtown Chattanooga. Mr. Callahan previously served as an assistant team leader and productivity coach for Keller Williams Realty while operating a top producing real estate team, The Callahan Group.
Mr. Callahan has been tapped to lead the company’s growth through coaching, recruiting, and business development as the growing company is opening a brand new 6,000 square foot office downtown.
Mr. Callahan says he’s also rolling out a bevy of new offerings for agents, including top tier agent technology, warm buyer and seller leads, an expanded training calendar, business coaching, and a variety of additional benefits to help agents thrive.
“I believe agents need boots on the ground leadership and proven strategies to succeed, especially in our current market conditions,” said Mr. Callahan. “My first priority is equipping individual agents and small teams with the same tools and resources of the large teams, but without all of the typical expenses.”

In addition to his new role, Mr. Callahan says he will still be serving clients, and has no plans to stop. “I have an incredible community of clients I really enjoy serving. Plus, I think it’s vital for someone leading other agents to always have a direct pulse on what’s effective in today’s market,” said Mr. Callahan.
