The Baylor boys soccer team celebrated their seniors Thursday night with a 7-1 win over visiting Walker Valley. Seniors Klaus Li, Kevin Ho, Nathan Lemus, Hunter Miller, Ethan Nunes and Aiden Yelton were honored for their contributions to the Baylor School and the soccer program.
"Tonight was about our seniors and very proud of each one of them," Baylor head coach Curtis Blair said. "They have given a lot to this program and will be missed next year."
At the 4th minute, David Danquah (Baylor) scored on a penalty kick.
At the 9th minute, Gui Gragnano (Baylor) scored off a through ball.
At the 20th minute, Ethan Nunes (Baylor) scored off a rebound.
At the 23rd minute, Ethan Nunes (Baylor) scored again.
At the 29th minute, Nathan Andreotti (Baylor) scored off a shot from outside the box.
At the 35th minute, Nathan Andreotti (Baylor) scored off a through ball.
It was 6-0 at halftime.
At the 43rd minute, Ethan Nunes (Baylor) scored off a pass from Phelipe Spielman.
At the 67th minute, Christian Franz (WV) scored off a through ball.
"I will give Ethan Taylor (WV coach) a lot of credit.
He has done a really good job of teaching those guys how to play the game the right way. Their movement off the ball and build up was very good. He is building a great culture at Walker Valley and they will be fun to watch in the future."
