Susie Mae Vaughn Satterfield
Susie Mae Vaughn Satterfield, 72, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the family residence.
Susie was born in Cleveland and she was the daughter of the late Retha Picklesimmer Myers and John Richard Myers. Her seven brothers and five sisters also preceded her in death.
Susie worked at Burlington Industries and A and R Knitting with over 15 years of service. She enjoyed watching Hallmark Movies, listening to Johnny Cash, Bingo, watching Game Shows and going to the Smokey Mountains. She attended the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Satterfield, Cleveland, daughters, Betty Jo Vaughn, (partner, Patty Wanawak), Cleveland, Nancy Ophelia Hyatt (Mark), Cleveland, son, Larry Joe Vaughn (Patricia), Cleveland, step daughter, Jennifer Parker (Greg), Cleveland, step sons, Scott Satterfield, Glenn Satterfield (Karen) all of Cleveland, grandchildren, Retha, Katie and Ashley Vaughn, Crystal Kuykendall (Blake), Amber St. Ama (Devin), Brigitte Nicole Hyatt, Shelby Satterfield, Kaylee and Kyndal Parker, great grandchildren, Killian Mantooth, Kyra Kuykendall and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 3 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Pastor Russ Jenson officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
